Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

To continue to meet the demands of our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and highly motivated, Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join us.

For corporate clients, you will be advising on share transfers, share purchases, shareholder agreements, board minutes and resolutions, articles of association, change of name, increase in share capital and appointment and removal of directors to name a few.

You will also be reviewing and drafting all types of commercial agreements, terms and conditions of business, non-disclosure agreements, asset purchase agreements, privacy notices, supplier/service agreements and consultancy agreements.

This means you will need detailed technical expertise, be commercially minded with the ability to build and develop relationships and business development opportunities with clients and contacts. You will likely have experience of dealing with the matters set out above, and this role would suit either a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. If you are newly qualified, then you should have completed a 6 month Corporate or Commercial seat.
