Step 3: SRA Concerns 

If your complaint involves serious professional misconduct (e.g. dishonesty or discrimination), you can contact the Solicitors Regulation Authority here. 

Complaints do not affect how we treat you in future. We’re committed to learning from feedback. 

Alternative Dispute Resolution 

We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider and generally do not participate in ADR schemes for legal services disputes.
